O IEEE PES UFBA é um grupo acessível para todas e todos que queiram seguir a área de Sistemas de Potência vinculado ao Grupo de Pesquisa de Sistemas Elétricos Integrados da UFBA (G-SEPi). Temos como propósitos fomentar pesquisas, desenvolver produtos, plataformas, artigos, minicursos, cursos, palestras, workshops, levar os benefícios do IEEE PES (IEEE Power Energy Society) para a universidade, entre outros; para assim, aproximar estudantes através de toda e qualquer interseção da engenharia e tecnologias com a área de sistemas elétricos de potência.
