DEMOCRACY, DEVELOPMENT, and FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS are threatened by authoritarian regimes, organized crime, and extreme levels of corruption. Censorship, elimination of the free press, general disregard for civil liberties, and brutal violations of human rights --without effective judicial remedies-- are business as usual across countries and cultures. The COVID-19 pandemic exposed the best and the worst of Humanity. Something must change ... We must change ... Consequently, ➕ We are an interdisciplinary and multicultural team of professionals and activists who found COMMON GROUND in PUBLIC INTEREST causes; ➕ We work for FREEDOM, because it cannot protect itself; ➕ We promote QUALITY EDUCATION as ESSENTIAL TO DEMOCRACY; ➕ We develop initiatives to increase CIVIC COMMITMENT; ➕ We want governments to SERVE PEOPLE; ➕ We seek to contribute to HUMAN DIGNITY and the SUSTAINABILITY OF LIFE on Earth.
