We provide services for architects and clients in the fields of project management in architecture in the service phases according to §34 HOAI: Preparation of contract award, Assisting award process, project supervision, and project control and documentation. We also take on additional tasks in the areas of project management and monitoring of large construction projects. With the establishment of our office organization, we enable control and quality in the execution of construction projects, with strict adherence to planning specifications. For optimal planning and execution results, cost control starting from the planning stage and monitoring of project and construction execution times, in close and collegial cooperation with the respective project partners.
