IFMA Wichita's mission is to provide our members the essential resources necessary to elevate themselves and their organizations as strategic leaders in the built environment, through meaningful relationships and relevant learning opportunities. Our Vision is to be the recognized champion in South Central Kansas for the advancement of all built environment professionals. Our Goals are: MEMBER FOCUS: To celebrate FM Professionals with engagement, appreciation and recognition. We are internally focused to assist current members to have increased value and to elevate themselves and their organizations FINANCIAL: To be good stewards of financial resources, to grow sponsorship's, and reinvest back into membership PROCESS and PROCEDURES: To develop the foundation for the organization by defining roles and building trustworthy pathways for leadership MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: To develop the pipeline for the next generation of facility managers, to recruit industry professionals into our Chapter while engaging in strategic partnerships
