MEMBER FOCUS: To celebrate FM Professionals with engagement, appreciation and recognition. We are internally focused to assist current members to have increased value and to elevate themselves and their organizations
FINANCIAL: To be good stewards of financial resources, to grow sponsorship's, and reinvest back into membership
PROCESS and PROCEDURES: To develop the foundation for the organization by defining roles and building trustworthy pathways for leadership
MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: To develop the pipeline for the next generation of facility managers, to recruit industry professionals into our Chapter while engaging in strategic partnerships
