Welcome to the CCIM Kansas Chapter LinkedIn Page! Our mission is to be THE voice for commercial real estate in our region and to support our members through the use of technology, networking and educational opportunities in order to better serve our clients, community and colleagues. With approximately 130 members comprised of real estate professionals, developers, property managers, architects, bankers, representatives from title companies, construction companies and more, we are a diverse membership that emphasizes networking and resource sharing. CCIM Members make up Kansas' largest commercial real estate network. The CCIM network represents multiple disciplines within the commercial real estate investment community: leasing, appraisal, commercial brokerage, investments, property management, lending/mortgage banking, legal and development. Only six percent of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the respected and coveted CCIM designation. Every candidate for the CCIM designation is required to complete an education component, pass the Comprehensive Exam, complete a membership application, and pay annual dues.
