iFoundAgent.com (iFA) is a simple all-in-one real estate marketing system consisting of a website, an IDX (MLS listings tool), and a contact management system. iFA's system is intentionally designed for 2 main functions: to send to a real estate agent’s homeowner sphere personalized monthly neighborhood real estate activity updates, and to send those same homeowners/contacts instant new listing/recently closed updates from the MLS to mitigate them going to Zillow or other big-box real estate websites to find out sales prices, house info, and sold pricing. The purpose of iFA’s system is 3-fold: 1. to deepen an agent’s connections with their contacts/homeowner sphere, 2. to have an agent’s contacts use the agent’s website versus Zillow and other real estate websites by giving these contacts what they want - monthly neighborhood updates and new listing/sold listing info near their home, and 3. to inspire agents to develop and manage their homeowner/contact database. The main benefit to an agent using iFA's system is getting more warm market leads/referrals and reliably seeing website traffic month after month which most agents have never experienced before with their website.
