IHD Consulting LLC, a consultancy started by Dr. Ittai Dayan - a practicing physician, researcher and former consultant and project leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). As a Project Leader in BCG, I've had first-hand experience leading projects to evolve corporate strategy in 'burning platform' topics (e.g., digital health, program management, transformation, value-based-healthcare, R&D productivity and many more) in a diverse international setting. After years of consulting to leading life sciences companies, I'm spending the next phase of my life juggling between clinical practice, cutting edge neuropsychiatric research and completing an advanced degree at John Hopkins University. In the meantime, I'm maintaining my connection to industry and my passion for business strategy using IHD as a platform.
