A non-profit Organization established with an objective to assess and understand the risk to contribute for the sustainability. Complying with the SFDRR, IHRR envisions to understand the risk and application of interdisciplinary knowledge with technologies to contribute for risk reduction and bridging of academic research with professionals and policymakers for the sustainability. The team constitutes of professionals with expertise and experiences in the field of disaster risk management in understanding the risk, conducting academic research and field level implementations in Nepal and different parts of the world. IHRR envisions -> Exploring the applications of latest technologies like Drones, LIDAR, VR in Disaster management and risk reduction. -> Organizing talk programs and knowledge sharing sessions in monthly basis. -> Leading the GIS and Remote sensing technology to develop innovative research projects on the applications of GIS & RS in DRRM. -> Building Partnership both at National and International level.
