School of Integrative Health and Wellness

The School of Integrative Health and Wellness (SIHW), established in August 2023, is registered with the Mauritius Qualifications Authority with the aim of providing high quality training and holistic education to promote optimal health and wellbeing. SIHW strives to create healthy, happy and prosperous communities by educating individuals to take care of their health in a holistic manner, and ensuring that lifelong holistic learning opportunities are accessible to all. Using an integrative educational approach, SIWH ensures that individuals learn how to achieve optimal physical, mental and social health and wellness, and not merely the absence of disease. SIHW courses and training programmes are designed by Ishan Shivanand, an internationally acclaimed Mental Health Researcher, Professor, Performance-Wellness-Mindfulness Coach and a highly motivated team from Mauritius. These courses can be tailor-made to match the specific training needs of organisations.
