Universal Integrative Health Foundation

The Universal Integrative Health Foundation (UIHF), established in 2018, aims to promote Integrative Health and Wellness in Mauritius and globally. Through Holistic Education, Training, Research, Regenerative Agriculture and Agroforestry, as well as through Community Outreach Programmes, the UIHF strives to build resilient, healthy and prosperous communities. At the core of these programmes and projects are the research based non-pharmaceutical and meditative protocols curated by Ishan Shivanand, an internationally acclaimed Mental Health Researcher, Professor, and Performance-Wellness-Mindfulness Coach. Published medical studies show that these protocols reduce anxiety, depression and insomnia, and significantly improve the overall quality of life of regular practitioners.
