T1Diams as a non-profit organization bringing support to more than 1,500 beneficiaries living with Type 1 Diabetes in Mauritius and Rodrigues.
T1 Diams acts in partnership with public hospitals to ensure optimal control of type 1 diabetics by providing assistance and support to the latter and their family in view to empower them and promote autonomy in the self-management of their condition.
T1Diams comprises of a multi-disciplinary staff and works within a network of medical professionals. It is funded from CSR funds as well as corporate and private donors.
