IIA-India the Institute of Internal Auditor is a non-profit professional organization establishing the advancement and development of the internal auditing profession in India, in accord with the highest standards propagated by the IIA.
There are six chapters that represent IIA India. Most of these chapters have at least one ‘Audit club’, which operate from various cities regardless of the state or country they belong. These Chapters were firstly originated in Bombay, but soon expanded to various states in the country. The most iconic initiative taken by the IIA is the #ciachallenge exam for CA’s and CPA’s, where you can become a certifies Internal Auditor by cracking just one exam.
We aim at developing local leadership skills of internal auditors, local programs/meetings with minimal time/cost on the part of the members. Our membership strength rises to 3000, which also comprises non-accountants and various other streams that meet the everyday business challenges.
