IIM-INDORE CCBMDO BATCH-19

CCBMDO is a six-month residential programme for defence officers which is a combined initiative by the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM-I) and Directorate General Resettlement, Ministry of Defence. The course is designed for skill enhancement of defence forces officers for their post-retirement absorption into the corporate world. The present batch comprises of Sixty officers transitioning from the Indian - Army, Airforce and Navy. The defense officers in the batch have experiences ranging from 10 years to 20+years. The batch is a mix of male and female officers of Indian Armed forces. Military Veterans bring significant skills to the workplace, such as self-discipline, ownership, and process-oriented thinking, honed during their time in the military and companies are beginning to see that military veterans are a rich source of talent because of their proven ability to quickly learn new skills and apply what they've learned. Our talent pool is comprised of veterans with backgrounds in management, engineering, aerospace, maritime, supply chain, finance, communications, cyber security, project and programme management, and human resources.
