Il Rovo nasce nel 2004 con il suo primo marchio "Le 2 Mele" che continua ancora oggi ad accompagnare la linea di confetture e marmellate. A vent'anni dalla fondazione l'azienda effettua delle variazioni e diventa una piccola industria alimentare che prepara ogni giorno prodotti artigianali di alta qualità. La gamma di prodotti si è allargata con la produzione di sughi, creme di verdure, sott'oli e tante altre conserve, ma l'attenzione ai dettagli è rimasta la stessa di sempre.
