What does Illumine Foundation do? Illumine Foundation works on bringing about Positive Change through large-scale missions impacting diverse user & community groups across the country and the world. Genesis of Illumine Foundation Illumine Foundation was set up by Illumine Knowledge Resources Pvt. Ltd. in early 2019, to leverage and scale it's break-through solution models built over 23 years of work. Through the Foundation, the parent company seeks to drive not-for-profit, nation-wide, multi-stakeholder initiatives which seek to bring deep & sustainable impact across the country. How does it work? Each of these solution models are built to address specific inner enablement challenges. They fundamentally work with the philosophy of Positive Change, which means unleashing the inner potential of people, communities & institutions by empowering them at a deeper cognitive level. This involves bringing deep positive shifts in thinking, mindsets, values, ideals, motives for working differently at work, etc. Each of these solution models are rigorously architected to work at scale and are applied in various intervention test-beds at Illumine Lab. The key role of the foundation is to take these out as full-scale missions in the world through innovative, sustainable & scalable delivery models and platforms. Some of the current missions of the foundation The Contributor Initiative: Addressing the challenge of “inner disablement” in the area of work & careers for technical students The Human Possibilities Initiative: Addressing the challenge of building "intrinsic self-esteem' and a "dynamic character" in today's children and youth The Lamplighter Initiative: Addressing the challenge of "sustaining teacher motivation" & widening vision of one's role for school teachers All the work is built on the philosophical foundations of Practical Vedanta as enunciated by Swami Vivekananda.
