ILSI Engineering is a 100% female, minority owned civil engineering firm. We are domiciled in New Orleans and have a Project Office in Baton Rouge. ILSI provides competent, cost effective services in Civil Engineering, including sewer, water, drainage and highway projects, Water Resources Design, and Program and Construction Management Services. ILSI’s Engineers are licensed in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, New York and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. ILSI Engineering maintains a fully integrated in-house professional engineering staff encompassing a broad range of disciplines and technical expertise. Our current staff contingent includes Registered Engineers, Construction Managers, Construction Inspectors, CADD personnel and other highly competent technical/administrative personnel.
