IMBA Medical has been a high growth company, founded in 2015. Our lead SaaS product is called Take Action, which is a digital health and wellness platform that delivers evidence-based and customizable guidance to populations small and large. We use nudge theory to connect with our Participants support them with education and digital coaching. Algorithmic coaching interventions and randomized rewards are all delivered Participants via any device, anywhere without a need for them to have an app. Population health, demographic and clinical dashboards pushed to who needs them, when they need them. Our platform is unique and secure. Because there is no app to install, it works on every device immediately and communicates with Participants and Coaches in a manner that feels natural to them. Our early growth has been in Chronic Disease Prevention and Management along with Behavioral Health (Diabetes, Hypertension, Stress, Substance Abuse and Mental Health). In March 2020, we launched a COVID-19 module in less than 24 hours and deployed it to our clients within before March 16th 2020. To date, we have already used it to clear over 5 million essential employees, students and teachers in the United States and Canada. On January 26th, 2021 we launched a first-in-the world initiative with a national life insurance company. The initiative saw them grant access to our digital wellness program to 1000s of their life insured Members, at no cost to them. Never before has a life insurance company offered this kind of product at no cost. Everything we do is in support of our Vision of a world where everyone has access to the care they need.
