Maintained the business cases, roadmaps and go-to-market plans for each product. Worked with hospital and clinical executives to plan and execute operational changes required to successfully utilize these products. Led beta testing of radiology reporting system on client sites.

Led the development from concept to deployment of a new cardiac electronic medical record product for cardiology and CT surgery for congenital (children's) heart disease. Worked with hospital senior staff and physicians to define business objectives, concept of operations and customer requirements. Advised on the operational changes required to successfully meet these objectives. Negotiated contracts with lead customers and managed these contracts and their projects. Established the system development roadmaps. Successfully directed the development, QA and releases through four custom releases and through many subsequent product releases. Successfully project managed the implementations and deployments at each lead customer site.
