Impact 100 Seattle

Impact 100 Seattle is a women’s collective giving circle funding small, community-led nonprofits through unrestricted grants and long-term partnership. We support organizations in the Puget Sound region that are addressing the root causes of systemic issues and barriers to opportunity. Our process makes space for nonprofits that don’t always have access to traditional funding, including small organizations deeply rooted in their communities. Our approach is grounded in trust. Every member has an equal vote, regardless of contribution size, and our grantmaking process is designed to shift power, reduce burden, and center those closest to the work. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve awarded nearly $1 million to nonprofits leading transformative change. We’re entirely volunteer-run and welcome all women through standard memberships and supported options like our Impactship program, which ensures economic barriers don’t limit participation. We believe nonprofits deserve unrestricted funding that honors their expertise and strengthens their ability to lead change.
