Impact Housing is addressing Southern California’s housing crisis by developing socially responsible multifamily communities at scale. With two projects completed and 807 units under construction, we are among the region’s most active and impactful developers. Our approach is powered by a cutting-edge modular manufacturing operation, one of the most efficient in the country. Applying lean manufacturing principles from industries like automotive, we have produced over 1,200 modules (as of early 2025) and operate at a capacity of 1,000+ modules per year. This capability is strengthened by our in-house architecture and construction teams, creating one of the most cost-effective housing delivery models—designed to provide quality new housing to underserved communities in Southern California and beyond.
