Global best practice social performance management co-developed and endorsed by Traditional Owners across Australia. We support First Nation’s groups with social performance management on their Traditional lands to collaborate with community, government, industry, and major projects to collectively manage environmental and social impacts and support long-term positive outcomes for ALL. Our relationship with First Nation’s people is based on mutual respect, truth-telling, and a deep reverence for their true standing in this country as Traditional Custodians, since time immemorial, and acknowledgement that sovereignty was never ceded. Our collaborative and practical framework ensures great outcomes for all stakeholders, supporting First Nations and community aspirations, while improving project/ operational delivery and upholding Social Licence to Operate (SLO) and global ESG compliance and reporting requirements. Our team has decades experience working with multiple Traditional Owner groups and major projects and operations in mining, energy, renewable energy, and infrastructure. We have lived and worked in Queensland’s industrial and resource hubs, ensuring an intrinsic understanding of proponent’s operational environment, and most importantly, the communities in which they operate.
