Our Mission: The mission of the Impact Sourcing Alliance is to support the education and information sharing of Impact Sourcing globally across the broad BPO and CX community. Promote continued conversations at all levels of business to ensure broad based adoption of Impact Sourcing as a sustainable and inclusive hiring methodology. We aim to highlight the amazing work already being done by companies and individuals globally who help provide opportunities to those who would otherwise be excluded from economic opportunities and employment. Working with providers and partners the Impact Sourcing Alliance will showcase real life case studies, stories and act as a resource for anyone with an interest in social impact and Impact Sourcing. Our Vision: The vision of the Impact Sourcing Alliance is to share best practice, success stories, frameworks and methodologies emanating from the global BPO and CX sector where opportunities for individuals residing within marginlised communities have been opened up through these inclusive hiring policies. We aim to ensure those that need it are being offered the chance for a better life through access to employment and income and that the Impact Sourcing Alliance platform creates a framework for doing good while doing business.
