We have experience working with all climbing disciplines and experience levels, from novice climbers to those competing at the national and international level. We conduct climbing-specific exercise testing to gather important performance metrics to better understand strengths and weaknesses of athletes. Such metrics include peak force, rate force development, power output, and force velocity profiling, among others. These metrics are used to provide evidence based solutions that help athletes increase performance maximize potential.
