In Exchange Ltd. was established in 2022 to support development projects with research and consulting services focused on getting research into use. Our approach is based around co-learning and the joint design of solutions with the partners with whom we work. Our sector expertise includes climate change and water, fisheries, community-based adaptation, labour, agriculture and pastoralism. We are experienced working in fragile and conflict affected states that are some of the most vulnerable to climate change. Our main areas of focus include Sub-Saharan Africa (Senegal, Burkina Faso, Somalia, Kenya, Mali, Ghana) and Asia (Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia). We are experienced with monitoring and evaluation; project design; business development; and programme/project management.
