Services offered: Product Design: We will develop your ideas to make them cost effective, market ready and within budget. We will support you from the first 3D conceptual design through the final 2D documented drawings. Tool Design: As we develop your products we are constantly aware of the manufacturing process necessary to build and assemble a quality product. We will design tooling for your product so they can be manufactured in a cost effective way. Finite Element Analysis: We will use every aspect of our software tool to apply real world loads and conditions to your product designs so we can evaluate the entire assembly. We want to develop a robust design that will stand up to the rigors of the selected environment. 3D Modeling: 3D Modeling is the standard of the industry for developing a fully functional product that is ready for your market. We use it to provide fit, form and function of the design. We want to capture the design intent of your product for the market place. Drafting Service: We will provide a complete set of drawing for all your products and tools that we develop. They are drafted to ANSI Y14.5 spec and GD&T Tolerance is applied as necessary for fit, form and function. Patent Drawings: We can also help you with your patent drawing as necessary and will draft to USPTO standards.
