In 2022, ITC was acquired by Inchcape, the world's leading independent multi-brand automotive distributor, operating in over 40 countries with a portfolio of the world's major car brands. We have diversified multi-channel revenue sources that include the sale of new and used vehicles, spare parts, services, financing, and insurance. Regionally, Inchcape Americas is present in 14 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean (Chile, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Uruguay, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Barbados, Honduras, and Puerto Rico), employing over 8,000 people in the region.
