We work with early stage startups to evaluate the revenue models for their products. Our actuaries work as affordable staff extensions of small businesses. Furthermore, we specialize in serving government agencies to support public sector healthcare. No matter the size of the engagement, our actuaries work with clients in a transparent and efficient manner that highlights areas of risk and doesn’t overproduce the analysis that is requested. The INCLINE team works remotely across the United States within a flexible work environment. We are people centered and take a different approach than other companies. Whereas some firms incentivize their employees to maximize billable hours, we do not enable overbilling and consider non-client time valuable to the development of our staff. This is a focal point of INCLINE internal policies and compensation structure.
