Growing all red Bordeaux Varietals and 6 white varietals and hybrids to include Gruner Veltliner. Case production around 5500 from approximately 90 tons of fruit. Two locations, one in Hendersonville at the low elevation vineyard and the other in Chimney Rock which includes a restaurant.
