We work directly with senior management, such as Founders, CEOs and MDs, whilst also working closely with Heads of Departments and Leadership Teams. We run business transformation projects using our robust and proven proprietary methodologies. Our transformation programmes typically cover departments including Lead Generation and Sales, IT and Systems, Marketing, HR and Recruitment, Customer Service, Online Digital Platforms, Operations and Back Office Support. Over the past 20+ years we have been generating ideas, innovating, and getting new products, brands and business to market. We now work with SMEs and Large Businesses to help them generate new ideas and get their own ideas to market. We stay lean and entrepreneurial allowing us to create rapid prototypes and launch new ideas quickly. We are proud to have invested in many great ideas, products and startups, and are continuing to expand our portfolio. This includes investing directly into our own products and businesses, as well as those founded by other entrepreneurs, startups, and early-stage ventures. We invest in many different ways including direct cash injection, sweat equity, debt financing, crowdfunding, and high-net worth startup financing, both as Incline Labs and as individual investors.
