Inclusions East

Inclusions East was established in 1976 and is the largest organization serving people with intellectual disabilities in eastern Prince Edward Island. We offer Day Programming, Employment Services, Community Support and Residential Services. Our current facility, Kingswood Centre, was built in 1976 and currently houses 32 clients and 14 staff who collaborate in its kitchen, workshop, common area, and administration offices each day. From here we offer essential personal and skill development, preemployment training, and employment preparation services. Our clients also benefit tremendously from the friendships and sense of community fostered in the centre. Our mission is to support individuals with an intellectual disability as they contribute to, and participate in, all aspects of community life. Our vision is of a world in which every individual is as self-sufficient and as productive as able, and develops to their optimal potential in all aspects of their lives.
