We are Inclusive Leaders, a boutique global equity and diversity consulting offering organizations a wide range of services, and expert facilitators who provide strategic guidance, evaluation, coaching and training on how to build workplaces and organizations that reflect and celebrate the diversities of the communities they serve.
We work with a team of facilitators and researchers that we hand-select for each project. All of our facilitators have extensive experience in combating institutional anti-Black racism and other issues impacting marginalized communities; as well as experience in facilitating organizational change through equity-design thinking processes that center the voices of your most marginalized staff and service users.
It takes leadership to create spaces that truly embrace anti-oppressive principles and we want to help you get there. We have worked to support equity and inclusion initiatives for various labour unions, public sector agencies, not-for-profit organizations, universities, and school boards. Our approach is consultative, principled, and of course, rooted in core concepts of anti-oppression.
