This partnership has a patent-pending process to completely transform all wellhead waste (solids, organics, cuttings, water) into beneficial use products (BUP), “leaving nothing behind.”
PD is actively working through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Frontier Risk Management, to deploy its comprehensive recycling solution in Weld Country, CO, to include a water and wet solid waste recycling facility, a Gasplasma® waste-to-energy unit, and a syngas-to-renewable biogas unit over an 18-month period beginning in October 2018. At full production, this facility will recycle 375,000 tons (2.3 million Bbl) of water, 150,000 tons of biogenic organic waste, and 200,000 tons of wet solid oilfield watseper year. All waste will be recycled into salable water, oil, renewable biogas, and Plasmarok™.
