We exist to maximise every student's potential as they navigate from education to employment, through our flagship mentoring initiative, "The STAR Mentee Program." Originally founded in 2012, India SkillBridge® became a part of Grow Pro Max TDC Private Limited in 2024. We are committed to a shared mission: enabling better lives through purposeful learning and meaningful careers. At India SkillBridge®, we empower job seekers with in-demand workplace and employment-preparedness skills. We are dedicated to actively supporting graduate and post-graduate students by offering industry-relevant Workplace Skill Development and Employment Assistance Programmes. Our mentors and coaches are alumni of top-tier institutions, bringing 10 to 25 years of rich corporate experience across diverse industries, both in India and internationally. We collaborate with key stakeholders in the ecosystem, including Employers, Academia, Educational Institutions, Student Communities, and Skill-building service providers to meaningfully engage in: 1.
