Indi Young offers consulting, coaching, workshops, books, recordings and advanced training in problem space research. The advanced training series is a deep dive into doing better research that will guide the direction of your product with less unconscious bias & greater clarity of opportunities. This is an advanced series of courses for product owners, innovators, developers, strategists, designers & researchers. The courses cover Indi’s complete method of listening sessions, mental model diagrams, thinking styles, and opportunity maps.
These are live online courses. Each course takes four weeks, with homework assignments in between classes. Indi runs the courses one after the other, repeating every few months.
Certificate of Problem Space Research:
Indi offers a certificate of completion. You will qualify for a Certificate of Problem Space Research if you fulfill the following:
1. You complete all 6 video courses (9-12 hours of short videos per course)
2. You actively participate in exercises during Live Practice meetings for each of the 6 courses. This is how Indi has a chance to assess your level of understanding. Live Practice for each course is offered every few months. (Currently Indi offers about three Live Practice series per year, so getting Certification takes a couple of years.)
