To be such a socially-minded, values-driven leader is to play a crucial role … but not an easy one. Attempting to create meaningful change (the type that addresses the fundamental patterns that shape us) can trigger tremendous resistance and cause some “dark night of the soul” moments. Most leaders discover that having external support for themselves is key to staying the course and successfully moving the dial on what matters most. I channel my expertise and experience as a leadership coach, clinical social worker and educator to help these changemakers break free from the ordinary and chart pathways towards a world that works for all.
