InEnergyGroup is a network of companies located throughout Italy that carry out activities in the sector of electricity production from renewable sources (wind, photovoltaic, biomass, hydroelectric and batteries) and represents the Italian platform of Ardian (www.ardian.com), which is making significant investments in renewable energy sector through dedicated evergreen funds. Ardian is a leading operator in the energy transition, with more than 8 GW capacity of renewable energy production at international level. InEnergyGroup follows the entire development chain of new renewable projects from origination to management, through construction. InEnergyGroup network is led by Energy Management Services, an asset management services company, while the plants are managed by Energia & Servizi Services, an operational asset management services company. More than 40 Companies are part of InEnergyGroup, including special purpose vehicles, Companies with production plants in operation and others in the development phase (in planning or construction stage), with a total capacity exceeding 350 MW.
