About Innodal

Innodal is an innovative start-up developing natural antimicrobial agents. Our first application is in the field of food bioconservation. We offer preservatives to replace traditional chemical preservatives such as salts, nitrites and sulfites. These natural agents inhibit and protect foods against pathogenic strains such as Listeria, E. coli and Salmonella.
