Delegation is a leadership must, whether you are a CEO, entrepreneur, manager, or parent. Yet, no one talks about the more important topic: What cannot be delegated? Change is something you cannot delegate. Improvement is something you cannot delegate. Development is something you cannot delegate. Transformation is something you cannot delegate. Healing is something you cannot delegate. You cannot delegate getting your body out of bed, thinking, reflecting, contemplating...
