Inspire Mentoring

INSPIRE Mentoring, is a unique digital social innovation, by Innovate Communities. It is a formal online mentoring programme with a simple concept to use the power of skilled mentoring to support young people reach their full potential. It addresses a gap, that young people from socio-economic disadvantaged communities lack social capital, professional connections, and role models. Using our Digital Platform , the young person is empowered to select the best mentor and role model for them. Mentoring is online, with regular meetings underpinned by the identification and achievement of goals. The mentor supports the difficult transition from education to employment, makes introductions helping their mentee get career insights. All our services are provided online and free for all participants.
