Inspire Coaching

I have spent more than thirty years in Senior Operational Leadership roles and now work with individuals, Leaders and Managers, supporting them in developing their careers and businesses. Since October 2020 I've been based in the beautiful Eastern Algarve, in a tiny village called Alvisquer and now enjoy life/ work balance living in the sun, whilst still being able to work globally. I support Individuals and teams through Coaching, Mentoring and Workshops, utilising a wide variety of Coaching tools I'm passionate about the benefits and effects of 121 Coaching and my goal is to Inspire others to make changes to achieve their version of success. Working on a 121 Coaching basis with me, clients are in a safe and confidential environment. I'm totally objective giving space, deep listening and then use skilful questioning, allowing others to come up with their own solutions, at their own pace that are most suitable for them. Working with corporate clients, I enable them to identify strengths and development needs of their teams, and support them with bespoke Coaching programmes, to meet the changing needs of their businesses. A qualified Psychometric Occupational Ability and Personality Assessor, I use an in-depth suite of assessments and reports to support Coaching and development. I also designed and developed “the Rainbow Model” coaching model, which is exclusive to ITS Coaching. Working as a Mentor, I give advice and support to others drawing on my personal experiences and skills from my many years working in Operational Management; managing and running businesses; leading and developing teams; building networks; new business development and in organising and delivering events.
