Instituto Minerva is more than an educational institution – we are a movement redefining the role of engineering in Brazil. Our goal is to accelerate the careers of newly graduated engineers, transforming five years of professional growth into just two through our innovative 5-in-2 model.

Our collaboration space, located in the heart of São Paulo, is dedicated to fostering discussions about the future of engineering. Here, we bring together engineers, companies, startups, and researchers to tackle challenges, share ideas, and co-create solutions that shape the market. The Hub is a meeting point for those who believe engineering is a fundamental tool for transforming society.
2. Education
Through our Engineering Residency Program, we revolutionize how engineers develop their skills. Inspired by the medical residency model, the program combines:
• Practical experience with partner companies.
• A robust theoretical foundation through an MEC-certified MBA.
• Dual mentorship to enhance technical and behavioral skills.
With an intensive approach, participants gain real-world experience, refine their soft skills, and earn a stipend while preparing to lead in the marketplace.
3. Think Ahead
Our research arm is committed to studying, generating insights, and promoting knowledge about engineering in Brazil. At Think Ahead, we explore trends, delve into emerging technologies, and present data to guide strategic decisions for companies, institutions, and professionals. We believe that a more innovative future starts with the dissemination of relevant, well-founded information.
