Integra BG LLC (Integra) was founded in 2024 with the goal to bring a truly local bank to Jackson, WY. Integra is acquiring an existing Wyoming-chartered bank, conducting a private capital raise, and implementing new technology across all markets to create Tanager Bank. The combined experience of the management team will provide leadership with a commitment to serving southwest Wyoming with high-touch service, secure digital banking tools, and local, which has been missing in the Jackson market since 2022. Led by Dawn Pruett, an inspirational leader, with over 25 years of local banking experience and community-building expertise, the Integra team is a gritty group of empowered banking executives who departed lucrative, stable careers to build something better. With decades of local experience, earned at market-leading community banks and respected national and regional institutions, they bring deep knowledge and a shared commitment to the community that Tanager Bank will represent.
