It is my mission to work with clients to help them use their mind and body to learn to cope with all psychological disorders and symptoms of emotional distress. Empowering, teaching, and coaching clients, couples, and families to be equipped to handle all of life’s challenges is what inspires me to love what I do. I provide both traditional talk therapy and somatic psychotherapy sessions where the body is used alongside the mind in therapy with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Being in private practice allows me to target and tailor my approach and techniques to the specific needs of my clients. I also provide workshops and speaking engagements providing psychoeducation on how to apply traditional counseling and somatic psychotherapy techniques to target specific problems or information needing to be addressed.
