Integrated Support Solutions provides a support coordination and a range of therapy services to those with disabilities who can access funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). OUR GOAL is to challenge the expectations of the sector and provide people with disabilities the dignity of risk to be the expert in their own life. OUR TEAM have extensive experience working in partnership with people with a disability, including those experiencing mental health issues. Offering both clinic and community-based services enables our team to provide the services when and where you need it. Working closely with participants, families and relevant stakeholders to enable participants to achieve their goals, dreams and plans for the future. This integrated, tailored approach builds on the individual’s abilities and interests to promote independence and inclusion.
