About Ark Support Coordination

Ark is built on solid foundations of social work, acknowledging systemic barriers and marginalisation when understanding the needs of individuals with a disability. Working alongside NDIS participants as Support and Specialist Support Coordinators since 2019, our team draws on their cross-disciplinary experience to support those with complex support needs. We assist clients interfacing with the justice system, hospital discharges, child protection, dual diagnoses, palliative care, and experiencing homelessness.
