Founded & operated by psychotherapist, Esther Goldstein, LCSW, Integrative Psychotherapy offers the highest level of clinical oversight and a highly individualized approach to therapy, using a variety of modalities. Our programs are tailored to each individual client, as we do not believe that health and recovery is one-size-fits-all.
We approach trauma and mental health with treatments that use both a “top down” and “bottom up” approach (and everything in-between). By finding balance between the two, we are able to uncover and address the underlying issues of symptoms, understand the root causes, and identify core experiences with greater depth and success.
