INTERCOT, S.A. is a spinning mill founded in 1986, specialized in the production of thick, bulky open end yarns in 100% Cotton, 100% Linen, Linen blends and Hemp blends, with a production capacity of 30 Tm./day. Our company culture is based on the continuous improvement of our processes, constant investment in new machines with the latest technological advances and innovation in new products to adapt ourselves to the changing market conditions. Our business approach is based on long-term development, for this, we establish business relationships based on mutual trust with our customers and suppliers. Our yarns are vaporised and are always supplied on cones of measured length with tails. We can offer a production range from Ne 2 to Ne 18 in single yarn and folded yarns (up to 12 ply) for weaving, both warp and weft and also waxed for knitting, as well as soft twist for raising. With our Fancynation-System we are able to offer Slub / Flammé yarns in all compositions or twist. We are committed to the contribution of sustainable industrial development through the application of different environmental management systems in our processes. By investing in modern and efficient production facilities, we reduce the creation of industrial waste, energy and water consumption. We use natural and sustainable raw materials in addition to using organic cotton and linen products.
