Interim Executive Solutions provides experienced leaders to work with non-profit organizations in transition. Engagements range from taking on the role of Interim Executive Director to filling other leadership roles on a temporary basis in order to build organizational capacity, address operational issues or implement new programs. Regardless of the assignment, our professionals work with the board and staff to: - Stabilize the organization and ensure it is able to pursue its mission, - Assess and begin to address the challenges and opportunities facing the organization, and - Provide recommendations regarding a path forward, including the qualities that would be ideal in any permanent staff to be hired. Through our network of over 30 practitioners we are able to ensure a cultural and experiential fit between the interim executives we recommend for each assignment and our prospective clients. In most cases we are also able to work within existing budgets by adapting the onsite time commitment of our interim executives to meet the needs and constraints of the client organization.
