Interims for Impact is not a recruitment agency - but we can and do introduce skilled, impactful interims to charities needing leadership. Interim Leadership. Support. Resilience. That's not all we do. We recognise that charities going through transition, change and crisis need more than just a great leader. They also need support - so we provide expertise, support, mentoring and guidance for our leaders and for charity Chairs. We provide a space to share challenges and frustrations with someone who has been there before and can both listen and help. And they need to build resilience. We work with Boards to figure out how to develop their governance to make their charity robust for the future.
