Interprise Partners, LLC is a minority owned and operated middle market investment and management group dedicated to providing capital services and solutions for privately held corporations. Focused on maximizing capital impact in support of proven leadership, Interprise provides active strategic guidance and partners with management to assist companies in reaching their full potential. Interprise is based in Columbia, MD and we primarily partner with middle market companies in the Mid-Atlantic that operate in established markets. Our platform supports companies operating in both the public and commercial sectors. At Interprise, our primary investment sectors are senior care, infrastructure services, and B2B/B2G services companies where we take a controlling interest in the businesses. Interprise has an investment target of $2-20M per transaction and typically invests in companies with at least $1,000,000 of EBITDA.
